A leading food and lifestyle brand is seeking a Photo Producer to support their studio operations team. Join a reputable company known for its creative environment and robust freelance network, and contribute to exciting photoshoot projects for a top-tier brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate all phases of production for multi-day photoshoots, including planning, execution, and wrap-up
  • Manage casting, talent and crew scheduling, location scouting, permits, and logistics
  • Develop relationships with photographers and production teams to facilitate smooth workflows
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and stay within budget constraints
  • Attend meetings with senior leaders and provide timely updates on project progress and logistical details

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in photo production, particularly in managing complex shoots
  • Background in agency or similar environments is preferred but not required
  • Strong skills in coordinating talent, crew, locations, and permits
