Job Description:

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Registry Team in Berlin and Potsdam on a part-time basis starting as soon as possible. The purpose of this position is to support the administration of university exams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor students during exams to ensure academic integrity
  • Assist with exam setup and distribution/collection of materials
  • Report any irregularities to the exam coordinator

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and punctuality
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in academic settings is a plus, but not required
