Job Description:

We're launching 4 covered padel courts at our Stoke Trentham Lakes club in February 2025 and we're looking for freelance padel coaches to help us run our coaching programme. As a self-employed Padel Coach, you will deliver and train adult and junior groups, ensuring our community receive exceptional coaching.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver and train adult and junior groups
  • Provide instruction on technique, stroke production and strategy
  • Adapt coaching for different levels of players
  • Design and deliver effective padel coaching sessions for individuals and groups
  • Ensure and promote equality of opportunity
  • Recognize the needs of different groups and individuals
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all customers

Requirements:

  • Have and maintain a Level 2 padel coaching qualification and LTA accreditation
  • Proven experience as a padel coach and a passion for padel
  • Enthusiastic and engaging personality
  • Effective communication skills (fluent in English)
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • DBS checked
