Job Description:

Freelance M&E / MEP or Change Manager to measure, price, submit and agree Mechanical & Electrical Variations on a £90m mixed-use project in Central London. The project is a mix of Healthcare, Commercial and Residential apartments, c.£90m and runs until Summer 2026 - JCT Traditional contract. The role is site-based with a day a week working from home as required. The requirement is for c.6 months and has the potential to go longer on another project.

  • Background from either a Mechanical & Electrical Subcontractor or a Tier One or Two main contracting background with strong M&E package experience
