Be the face of GuestReady on the ground and create smooth, memorable guest experiences. This is the perfect role for freelancers, students, or anyone looking for flexible extra income while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality and guest services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcoming guests and managing check-ins
  • Handling key pick-ups and deliveries
  • Performing property quality checks
  • Coordinating with service providers
  • Delivering essential items to properties
  • Explaining appliances, heating, and property features
  • Troubleshooting minor issues when needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
  • Own transportation (car or motorbike required)
  • Detail-oriented with high quality standards
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Slack & internal systems – training included)
  • Flexible schedule (check-ins can happen any day, between 11 AM and midnight)
  • Must be registered as self-employed / auto-entrepreneur and able to issue monthly invoices.
