The Freelance Media Planner, Social supports multiple account teams across Deutsch and owns the hands-on execution, building, QA, billing, pacing, and optimization of paid social campaigns. There may also be opportunities to contribute to strategy development.
Job Responsibility:
Campaign Set-Up & Execution across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
Implement site tagging with Ad Ops/Analytics teams
Traffic, upload, and thoroughly QA ads, targeting, tracking, UTMs, budgets, and landing pages
Manage day-to-day performance across multiple teams
Monitor delivery to ensure accurate pacing
Proactively optimize and troubleshoot campaigns
Conduct account diagnostics and identify efficiency opportunities
Track budgets, manage reconciliations, calculate 3rd party data fees, and monitor invoice alignment
Run scheduled and ad hoc reports
analyze and deliver actionable insights
Support multiple teams and communicate priorities clearly
Present performance updates internally
Stay current on platform updates
Develop testing plans and translate audience strategy into platform execution
Forecast budgets to meet campaign KPIs
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on paid social experience
Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn (required)
Prisma billing experience (required)
Proven ability to build, QA, and pace campaigns with precision
Strong financial management skills and attention to detail
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
