Job Responsibility

  • Visit properties to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
  • Perform general repairs and upkeep across our accommodation portfolio
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed to a high standard
  • Identify issues proactively and maintain property quality

Requirements

  • Dynamic, proactive, and passionate about maintenance work
  • Proven experience and strong technical knowledge in repairs/maintenance
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
  • Own transportation required
  • Must be registered as self-employed / auto-entrepreneur and able to issue monthly invoices

  • Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment
