Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing interior projects within the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, spas…) from concept through to delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Design and manage hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, spas, etc.) from initial concept to final delivery
Produce design documents: concept presentations, detailed design, construction drawings
Present and articulate creative proposals to clients
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and quality of execution
Conduct ongoing research into materials, trends and innovations within the hospitality sector
Oversee aesthetic aspects during site supervision, in collaboration with project managers

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture, or Interior Architecture
5+ years of experience working on hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, spas, etc.)
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Solid understanding of French accessibility and ERP regulations
Detail-oriented, autonomous, rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in both French and English
Team player, adaptable and versatile

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Revit or Rhino is a plus
