As an HR Business Partner, you'll join a supportive and dynamic HR BP team. Your mission is to collaborate closely with the business (Cyber Security & Financial Services), understand their unique needs, and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, development, and overall organizational success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders on business goals and align HR strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Talent Acquisition and management: Be a partner for our dedicated recruitment teams
  • Work together with recruitment and the business on a recruitment plan and strategy
  • Roll out and manage talent management processes within your business line
  • Organizational culture and employee engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture
  • Design initiatives to boost local employee engagement, satisfaction, and well‑being
  • Learning and Development: Partner with the business and our dedicated Learning and Development team on learning and training needs and initiatives
  • HR Processes: Welcome new employees, coordinate the performance cycle, advise on people issues, and manage HR systems, etc.
  • Change Management: Guide the business line through changes
  • Implement change management strategies to minimize disruption for our people and ensure successful implementation

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 to 5 years of broad HR experience (preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or a similar role)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English/French or English/Dutch
  • Familiarity with HR systems and HR tools, and you have a digital mindset
  • A people-oriented approach combined with a pragmatic and results‑oriented mindset
  • The ability to translate strategic and operational issues into concrete and feasible solutions
  • You are flexible, proactive, eager to learn, solution‑oriented, and growth‑oriented
  • You’re flexible and able to work from our office in Diegem
