Job Description:

Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a freelance Copywriter with demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical and healthcare writing experience for an ongoing opportunity. This is a remote, 8 - 15 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be able to be responsive within eastern (ET) hours. The Copywriter will be responsible for concepting and creating high-impact marketing content targeted at both direct-to-consumer (DTC/DTP) audiences and healthcare professionals (HCP).

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute compelling, healthcare-focused campaigns, utilizing proven experience in crafting brand storytelling for pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Create engaging long-form and short-form content
Collaborate closely with cross-functional creative and marketing teams to deliver clear, persuasive messaging
Leverage pharma or healthcare industry knowledge to ensure campaigns are relevant, impactful, and aligned with strategic marketing goals

Requirements:

Degree in writing, communications, or related
5+ years of experience in copywriting for healthcare/pharma industries
Prior pharma/healthcare agency experience preferred
Portfolio of relevant writing samples
Prior experience creating campaigns targeting DTC/DTP and HCP audiences
Proven ability to concept and develop strategies for healthcare brand storytelling
Experience with therapeutic campaigns a big plus
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with quick-turnaround projects and deadlines
