We’re looking for a proactive freelance Field Marketing Programs Coordinator to support regional field marketing initiatives. This role blends field marketing operations, event coordination, and campaign administration.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate field marketing programs, including trade shows and regional events, from an operational and administrative perspective
Manage campaign administration, including sales team coordination, lead lists, and campaign tracking in Salesforce
Liaise with sales teams to ensure leads and opportunities are correctly captured and followed up
Work closely with creative and branding teams, delivering assets to spec and coordinating with trade show or event organizers
Own marketing administration, including contracts, PRs/POs, and campaign documentation
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience supporting field marketing programs, including event-led campaigns
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce campaigns and lead management
Experience coordinating with sales teams, creative teams, and external vendors or event partners
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently without close supervision
