Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive freelance Field Marketing Programs Coordinator to support regional field marketing initiatives. This role blends field marketing operations, event coordination, and campaign administration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate field marketing programs, including trade shows and regional events, from an operational and administrative perspective
  • Manage campaign administration, including sales team coordination, lead lists, and campaign tracking in Salesforce
  • Liaise with sales teams to ensure leads and opportunities are correctly captured and followed up
  • Work closely with creative and branding teams, delivering assets to spec and coordinating with trade show or event organizers
  • Own marketing administration, including contracts, PRs/POs, and campaign documentation
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting field marketing programs, including event-led campaigns
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce campaigns and lead management
  • Experience coordinating with sales teams, creative teams, and external vendors or event partners
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently without close supervision
  • Comfortable working across time zones

Nice to have:

SAP experience (PRs / POs) is a plus
