Job Description:

We are seeking a Freelance Email Marketing Manager to support our marketing team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on managing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage customers, drive conversions, and strengthen brand presence across digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills, has experience with email marketing platforms, and understands how to craft campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns for promotional, lifecycle, and transactional messaging
  • Manage email calendar and campaign schedules, coordinating with marketing, creative, and product teams
  • Segment audiences and ensure targeted, personalized messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven insights
  • Ensure brand consistency, messaging quality, and regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling email content and visuals
  • Maintain email lists and CRM integrations to support clean, accurate, and effective communications

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Pardot, Marketo)
