Requirements

Degree in design with experience in womens knits and fleece
More than 5 years of experience in the design and development of innovative products
Previous experience in sportswear design is preferred as this role supports multiple offline categories
Ability to act as a link between multiple cross-functional departments
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, computer savvy in the Adobe suite and capable of multitasking
Skills and experience in Photoshop and Illustrator are required
Good eye for color, trend, detail and construction.
Must think entrepreneurially, work independently and think outside the box
