Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Freelance / Corporate Trainer with strong expertise in Netaxis, Radiator, and Oracle platforms, specifically focused on Operations & Maintenance (O&M), troubleshooting, and system configuration. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on training sessions to technical professionals.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver instructor-led training on Netaxis, Radiator, and Oracle O&M
  • Explain system architecture, workflows, and configurations
  • Conduct hands-on labs covering configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Train participants on real-time issue resolution and best practices
  • Prepare and share training materials, TOC, and lab exercises
  • Support Q&A and post-training knowledge clarification

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Netaxis and Radiator systems
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle Operations & Maintenance
  • Expertise in system configuration and troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in technical training / knowledge transfer
  • Ability to deliver online or classroom training
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
