Job Description

We’re seeking a freelance copywriter with experience writing for luxury real estate and hospitality brands. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker and skilled storyteller who can craft sophisticated, aspirational brand narratives that capture place, design, amenities, and experience. This role will collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, and design teams to develop strategically grounded copy across a range of brand and marketing touchpoints. This is a freelance role supporting ongoing and project-based needs, with potential for recurring engagements.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across key touchpoints including websites, property and development marketing materials, email campaigns, digital campaigns, paid media, social content, brand campaigns, and print collateral
  • Translate brand strategy and positioning into compelling messaging, taglines, and naming systems
  • Craft narrative-driven content that communicates lifestyle, location, design, and experience
  • Adapt tone of voice and messaging for different audiences, channels, and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and strategists
  • Proofread and self-edit work to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
  • Manage deadlines independently and communicate progress proactively

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of professional copywriting experience in an agency or brand environment
  • Demonstrated experience writing for luxury real estate or hospitality brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, website copy, and campaign work
  • Proven ability to write across web, email, social, and marketing channels
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging systems
