Job Description:

We are looking to build a pool of experienced freelance / contract Project Managers (midweight–senior) to support a high volume of fast-paced, social-first work across a range of consumer brands. This is a client-facing, delivery-led role with end-to-end ownership, sitting somewhere between a traditional Project Manager and a Senior Account Manager. You’ll be brought in to provide short-term support as needed, with contracts likely running until permanent hires are in place and onboarded. You’ll own projects from brief to delivery, bringing structure, momentum, and calm to busy teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-end project delivery across social-first and integrated campaigns
  • Building playbooks, quarterly content plans, and managing social-first shoots
  • Creating and maintaining timing plans
  • Booking and managing resources in collaboration with Operations
  • Briefing and debriefing internal teams
  • Confident client communication and day-to-day troubleshooting
  • Booking and leading meetings
  • Managing budgets and commercials
  • Anticipating risks, removing blockers, and guiding teams through ambiguity
  • Creating a positive delivery environment that supports teams to do their best work

Requirements:

  • Agency experience, ideally within social-first and/or integrated environments
  • Midweight → senior client facing project management experience
  • Understanding of the pace and mechanics of delivering full-service campaigns
  • Confidence managing burn and scope to protect project profitability
  • Confident decision-maker who owns outcomes
  • Ability to anticipate issues before they arise and keep work moving
  • Skilled at addressing client needs and concerns, both client-facing and internally

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on influencer campaigns
  • Global and/or multi-market experience
  • Producer backgrounds (if confident owning delivery and client communication end-to-end)
