Fabulous Freelance Coaches are part of a wider network of coaches and facilitators who offer their coaching services - as part-time freelancers - to members of the Fabulous app. What Fabulous members have in common is their striving to improve their daily routines and habits. Each has their own unique story and growth areas, requiring our Coaches to cover a wide range of coaching topics. Whatever habit a member has chosen to work on, that is the focus of their session. Sessions are scheduled on the basis of a coaching subscription, offering the coach (and the Fabulous member) the stability and depth of an ongoing coaching relationship.
Job Responsibility:
create stability for a long-lasting coaching relationship with regular Fabulous members
log of each member’s progress and insights after each session
notate recommendations that might serve the member in their future sessions
participate in offering guidance in text form via our in-app community space: Circles
complete Fabulous Training Curriculum
keep an open line of communication with the Coaching Lead to stay updated on the ever-growing and expanding Fabulous coaching service
adhere to (and are invited to contribute to improving) ethical, business and coaching guidelines that will allow our Fabulous members to benefit from a service that will genuinely improve the quality of their lives, creating a ripple effect of value and wholesomeness in the lives that they touch
