Job Responsibility

Through effective advocacy and management of systems and processes, administrate hotel corporate account RFP management and sales documents.
In supporting the commercial objectives of the hotel, understand the performance data and analytics functions to ensure accurate reporting and meaningful insights.

Support the commercial departments with the execution of response to proposals and agreements across corporate and group segments and their point-of-sale documents with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to the brand and contractual guidelines.
Participate in corporate and group prospect activations where relevant recording activities in the hotel CRM, maintaining accurate data and effective follow-up.
Maintain an expert understanding of the hotel’s commercial strategy, services, and rate structures to consistently exceed business objectives.
Monitor competitive activity and guest feedback, sharing insights that inspire innovation and performance.
