5+ years’ experience in apparel product development
Strong understanding of production processes, garment construction, and FIT protocols
Familiarity with cost negotiation and vendor communication
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel emphasis)

Job Responsibility

Assist with sourcing and product development from concept through shipment
Support analysis of fashion trends to help evolve and enhance the product assortment
Help monitor milestone calendars and flag potential issues to ensure deadlines are met
Assist in reviewing CADs, samples, and prototypes for design integrity, fit, and quality
Support evaluation of samples for aesthetics, fit, and quality
assist with cost engineering
Collaborate with cross-functional partners—merchants, vendors, and technical teams—to develop trend-right assortments at the right price/value and ensure timely delivery
Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in the Product Development Tracker (PD Tracker)
Provide accurate data for purchase orders and help maintain workflow efficiency
