Job Description:

We’re looking to speak to established Artworkers (contract/freelance) with Workiva experience. As we prepare for the upcoming busy season, we are looking to expand our team and provide additional support across our offices on a freelance or contract basis. This is a remote position, working standard UK office hours. We welcome applications from contractors both in the UK and internationally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of artwork projects from initial setup through to final delivery
  • Work efficiently and accurately across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with account managers, creatives, and copywriters to ensure flawless execution
  • Offer workflow improvements and share insights that support team development
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality control and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Solid background in artwork production within an agency environment
  • Proven experience producing corporate reports or other complex deliverables
  • Flexible and dependable approach to freelance or contract work
  • Established freelancer (operating as a sole trader or through a registered company) or available on a fixed-term contract (UK only)
  • Previous Workiva experience
