Our client, a NYC-based pharmaceutical agency, is seeking a Freelance Account Executive to support a fast-paced healthcare business. This role will collaborate closely with account, creative, strategy, and medical teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing initiatives within a highly regulated environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day account management across multiple projects and workstreams
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, medical, regulatory) to move projects through all stages of development
Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-strategy execution
Prepare client-ready materials, including status reports, meeting agendas, and presentations
Take detailed meeting notes and track action items to ensure follow-through
Facilitate internal and external communications, maintaining strong relationships and responsiveness
Ensure all deliverables align with regulatory, legal, and brand guidelines
Requirements:
1–3+ years of account management experience, preferably within a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes is a plus
