Job Description:

The Fraud Risk Senior Officer I is a strategic professional responsible for fraud risk management, specifically focusing on customer/call center authentication policy and strategy. This role involves developing authentication roadmaps, designing strategies, identifying vendor tools, and partnering with various business units to mitigate fraud risks while maintaining customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for Customer/Call Center authentication policy and strategy for lines of business
Develops and drives authentication roadmap
Interfaces with Fraud Risk Sr. Managers, Business owners, Risk Policy heads and operations COOs
Acts as primary point of contact for Call Center and Authentication policy
Designs authentication strategies and tracking measures
Identifies vendor tools/capabilities
Recommends appropriate controls
Evaluates potential control enhancements
Partners with business to facilitate new product/service delivery
Understands latest fraud performance trends
Partners with Operations, Analytics and Process Integration Teams

Requirements:

10+ years Credit Card and/or Retail Banking experience preferred
Call center experience
Direct experience in fraud high risk account management authorizations
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
