Fraud Operations Staff

• Retrieve data from the authority's portal (Central Fraud Registry)
• Check against the bank's customers and their connected parties
• Escalate true matches to FC and RM
• Send instruction to Banking Ops to hold funds upon CFR notification
• Request RMs to contact customers for transaction details
• Assess information obtained from customers
• Raise UAR as applicable
• Record assessment in designated locations
• Perform adjudication if potential match is identified
• Attend meetings with external parties
• Prepare MIs for management oversight and governance
• Collect customer information and documents for regulators

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields
• Experience in account opening or company documents would be beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Possesses analytical skills
• Good command of reading and written English
• PC Literate, MI dashboard, including knowledge of using Microsoft Office
