Fraud Operation Officer

• Responsible for identifying fraudulent activity on various products, across multiple platforms, to protect Company assets and our customers
• Initiates and/or receives contact from customers, potential victims and external parties while monitoring various queues, reports and items as part of the fraud prevention process
• Leads by example and may assist with training and other departmental support as needed

• Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / 'Attained' or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics
• Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations
• Good knowledge of application software such as MS Word, Excel and Access
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Candidates with prior telemarketing or call centre exposure are welcome to apply
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
