Job Description:

The role involves managing and mitigating risks in Fraud Operations while ensuring customer focus and adherence to HSBC’s compliance and risk policies. The jobholder will work across fraud detection and mitigation functions, displaying behaviors aligned with HSBC's values and culture.

Job Responsibility:

Strong understanding of fraud detection and mitigation
Managing operational risks as part of 'Three Lines of Defence'
Fair treatment of customers and adherence to HSBC Values
Implementation of compliance policies and risk control measures
Aligning with audit and regulatory standards
Engagement in Financial Crime Risk management
Managing operational risk frameworks and policies.

Requirements:

Adherence to internal controls and Group compliance policy
Understanding of operational risks and utilizing Operational Risk Management Framework
Implementation of Global AML, Sanctions and ABC Policies
Excellent knowledge of Fraud Operations policies and procedures
Product knowledge and awareness of fraud prevention systems
Skills in compliance risk management
Timely implementation of internal and external audit points
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

Experience liaising with compliance departments
Management of training resources and fostering compliance culture
Stakeholder relationship management.
