Job Description:

HSBC is hiring an experienced professional for the role of Fraud Operation Manager. This role involves managing fraud detection and mitigation within HSBC's Fraud Operations team. The jobholder is responsible for compliance and adherence to risk management frameworks and internal controls, ensuring operational risks are managed effectively and in alignment with HSBC's policies.

Job Responsibility:

Fraud detection and mitigation operations execution
Ensuring fair customer treatment
Managing and mitigating operational risks
Implementing Global AML, Sanctions, and ABC policies
Escalating operational risks in accordance with HSBC’s policies
Acting within the Three Lines of Defence risk management framework
Complying with the Group Standards Manual, Risk FIM, and relevant guidelines.

Requirements:

Adherence to internal controls and implementation of Group compliance policy
Understanding of financial services laws, rules, and codes
Adherence to relevant procedures and records management
Implementation of measures to contain compliance risk
Liaising with compliance department regarding business initiatives
Immediate right to work locally and no relocation need.
