Job Responsibility
Review and analyze transactions to identify potential risks and prevent fraudulent activities
Enter and maintain relevant data accurately within the company's information systems
Carry out daily back-office and administrative tasks, including archiving and documentation
Contribute actively to achieving the department's KPIs and meeting the established SLAs
Communicate over the phone with customers to clarify information and resolve issues when necessary
Requirements
Customer service experience, with a desirable focus or interest in the banking and financial sector
Excellent communication skills, particularly in telephone communication and customer interaction
A High School Diploma or IEK degree (a University or Higher Education degree will be considered an asset)
Very good knowledge of the English language
Good computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
Flexibility to work on rolling shifts, as the department operates on a 24-hour basis
Strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver maximum effort
