Job Responsibility

  • Review and analyze transactions to identify potential risks and prevent fraudulent activities
  • Enter and maintain relevant data accurately within the company's information systems
  • Carry out daily back-office and administrative tasks, including archiving and documentation
  • Contribute actively to achieving the department's KPIs and meeting the established SLAs
  • Communicate over the phone with customers to clarify information and resolve issues when necessary

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, with a desirable focus or interest in the banking and financial sector
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in telephone communication and customer interaction
  • A High School Diploma or IEK degree (a University or Higher Education degree will be considered an asset)
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
  • Flexibility to work on rolling shifts, as the department operates on a 24-hour basis
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver maximum effort
