Job Responsibility:
Develop Fraud Prevention Strategies: Create and improve fraud detection strategies, Stay ahead of emerging fraud trends, Monitor tools and systems
Player Account Management: Handle account disputes, Blacklist suspicious accounts, Monitor and investigate suspicious activities, Analyse user behaviour
Communication with Stakeholders: Provide reports to management, Liaise with payment providers
Collaboration with Teams: Work with other departments, Provide training
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills to identify fraud patterns and trends
Familiarity with fraud detection software and tools
Understanding of financial transactions, payment methods, and fraud tactics
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple investigations at once
Ability to strategise and implement fraud systems on a global scale
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of online payments and fraud in various regions
Experience in Fraud Prevention, Chargeback Management, Gambling industry, E-commerce industry (Global), Online retail (Payments), Fintech or with PSPs (Payment Service Providers)
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira
