Job Description:

Salt is looking to hire a Trust & Safety Analyst to join of the global employment marketplace for 6 months & extendable contract role in Malaysia. You will have an opportunity to handle and address fraud or non-compliance queries, collaborating with stakeholders to safeguard the site against malicious activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in an analyst or customer-facing role, with a strong passion for problem-solving, engaging with customers, learning about fraud prevention and risk mitigation, and actively contributing to a collaborative team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries
  • Actively identify fraudulent or non-compliant advertisements and accounts
  • Analyze and manage alerts generated by detection tools
  • Offer recommendations for continuous improvement of detection rules
  • Identify emerging fraud trends and provide suggestions for risk mitigation

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of identity theft, fraud, and industry risk trends is a plus
  • Experience working within a team in a medium to large enterprise is required
