Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives
Offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction
Serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
Manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards
Generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency
Lead your team to deliver their business objectives
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment and demonstrable exceptional customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Full UK driver's licence (Manual and Automatic)
Proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Nice to have:
Experience with Electric vehicles
