Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives
  • Offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction
  • Serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards

Requirements:
