As a Franchise Development Coordinator, you won't just be filling out paperwork - you will be the primary architect behind the journey of the brand's franchise partners, from their first inquiry to the grand opening of their store. You will be the key point of contact between aspiring entrepreneurs and the company's world-class internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the Pipeline: Handling high-value inquiries from digital platforms, brokers, and referrals to find the next great brand ambassador
Closing the Deal: Supporting our Development Managers in preparing essential application packs and agreements that turn prospects into partners
Mastering the Launch: Coordinating complex onboarding timelines, from equipment ordering and outlet setup to ensuring every store meets strict Halal and food safety standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaising with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and QA to ensure every new store is set up for long-term success
Requirements:
Strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of F&B operational workflows and food safety standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and basic reporting tools
