As a key member of our Corporate Franchise Operations team, you’ll partner with franchise owners to strengthen their business foundations, optimize performance, and ensure every location delivers the elevated guest experience our brand is known for. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for professionals who understand the unique rhythm of the wellness and personal care franchise world—from franchisee disovery process, spa staffing, membership models to client retention and revenue optimization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Business Advising: Serve as a trusted advisor to franchisees, delivering actionable insights on financial performance, business planning, and operational strategy
  • Performance Optimization: Review P&Ls and key metrics to identify growth opportunities, reduce inefficiencies, and drive profitability
  • Operational Excellence: Guide staffing, inventory, and service enhancements, leveraging performance platforms and data tools to inform decision-making and track performance
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with franchisees on local marketing efforts to drive member acquisition, retention, and brand engagement
  • Corporate Alignment: Ensure brand standards and compliance through strategic use of platforms
  • Franchise Growth: Support franchisees in scaling from single-unit to multi-unit operations and long-term portfolio expansion

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit management experience
  • Wellness, spa, fitness industry experience highly preferred
  • Proven strength in financial management (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to influence, motivate and build strong relationships
  • Experience executing growth strategies and achieving measurable results
  • Expectation to travel 60-80%
