With a mission to amplify human intelligence, Plaud is building the next-generation intelligence infrastructure and interfaces to capture, extract, and utilize what you say, hear, see, and think. We’re looking for a hands-on, storytelling-driven Influencer Marketing Manager who loves creators, understands what makes content convert, and enjoys being part of a fast-growing team. You’ll manage outreach, relationship building, campaign execution, and performance tracking across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Podcast. This role focuses on execution excellence and delivering measurable business impact through creators.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creator Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and qualify creators across tech, business, productivity, healthcare, sales, and vertical professional communities — driving awareness, conversions, and brand trust
  • Conduct outreach using email, DMs, platforms, etc
  • Maintain an organized creator database with tiers, rates, and past performance
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate end-to-end influencer activations: briefs, product seeding, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Support contract negotiation and ensure compliance
  • Manage logistics with the operations team
  • Relationship Management: Act as the day-to-day partner to creators and agencies
  • Provide guidance on messaging, talking points, and best practices
  • Foster long-term relationships with high-performing creators
  • Performance & Reporting: Track content performance including content quality, click sessions, engagement, reach, sentiment, ROI, CPV, and attributed revenue
  • Optimize influencers weekly based on performance signals
  • Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports to the Influencer Manager
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Brand and Product Marketing on messaging and briefs
  • Partner with Paid Media for potential whitelisting or Ads
  • Collaborate with Marketing for creator testimonials and case studies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years in influencer, creator, or partnerships management, preferably in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics
  • Strong negotiation and long-term partnership-building skills
  • Understanding of local creator landscape and content trends
  • Strong execution, communication, and cross-functional skills
  • Data-driven mindset with basic analytics skills
  • Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency
What we offer:
  • Meaningful Ownership An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that gives a real stake in Plaud’s long-term success
  • High-Impact Environment Work in a fast-moving, product-driven environment where your ideas directly shape the future of AI productivity
  • Cutting-Edge AI Tools for Productivity Access to best-in-class AI tools, including Cursor, GPT models, Gemini, Claude, and other frontier AI systems to maximize engineering and execution efficiency
  • Best-in-Class Equipment Choice of top-spec laptops, high-performance workstation setups, and cutting-edge Plaud devices for all new hires
  • Team & Culture Annual company offsites, team events, and a culture that values craftsmanship, ownership, and velocity
