This role focuses on execution excellence and delivering measurable business impact through creators.

  • Provide guidance on messaging, talking points, and best practices
  • Foster long-term relationships with high-performing creators
  • Performance & Reporting: Track content performance including content quality, click sessions, engagement, reach, sentiment, ROI, CPV, and attributed revenue
  • Optimize influencers weekly based on performance signals
  • Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports to the Influencer Manager
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Brand and Product Marketing on messaging and briefs
  • Partner with Paid Media for potential whitelisting or Ads
  • Collaborate with Marketing for creator testimonials and case studies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years in influencer, creator, or partnerships management, preferably in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics
  • Strong negotiation and long-term partnership-building skills
  • Understanding of local creator landscape and content trends
  • Strong execution, communication, and cross-functional skills
  • Data-driven mindset with basic analytics skills
  • Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency

What we offer

  • Meaningful Ownership An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that gives a real stake in Plaud’s long-term success
  • High-Impact Environment Work in a fast-moving, product-driven environment where your ideas directly shape the future of AI productivity
  • Cutting-Edge AI Tools for Productivity Access to best-in-class AI tools, including Cursor, GPT models, Gemini, Claude, and other frontier AI systems to maximize engineering and execution efficiency
