You’ll be joining our Civils projects - We deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach. This strategic position as the Framework Manager for the Environment Agency’s CDF 2 Tender and Framework will place you in a key role within our Civils Projects team. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be a part of a specialist civil engineering team for the private and public sectors across the UK, building strong relationships based on a collaborative approach.

Job Responsibility

  • Be a key member of the tender team, working closely with internal resources and external organisations to demonstrate our ability to deliver projects through the pre-construction and construction phases
  • Manage, supervise, train and mentor your framework team to enable them to optimise their work contribution, achieving the best results for the Environment Agency and our organisational goals
  • Be the Framework representative at client meetings, where you will provide them with a delivery update and manage issues
  • Be accountable for the overall performance of the framework, including delivering performance in accordance with targets and procedures, setting team targets to measure performance, drive continuous improvement and manage processes in a manner which enhances the reputation of the company and increases prospects for future work
  • Take ownership for safety and environmental compliance
