The Amsterdam Marketing Hub organization manages Coty Luxury’s full brand portfolio of +20 Fragrance, Skincare and Make-up brands, across more than 40 markets in EMEA. Operating directly through +20 independent distributors, 3 e-Comm pure players and 3 affiliate markets. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated marketeers and education professionals, dedicated to elevating retail excellence and brand advocacy. Together with our colleagues from the broader organization, we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with +350 M consumers. This role supports the Senior Training Manager in driving education excellence across +40 countries, with a strong focus on fragrance. The role ensures best-in-class training delivery, brand storytelling, and retail execution that inspires beauty advisors and elevates sell-out performance.
Job Responsibility:
Localize and implement education strategies across the AMSTERDAM MARKETING HUB in alignment with brand priorities and regional guidelines
Deliver engaging Train-the-Trainer sessions and field immersion programs
Adapt global training materials to regional and retailer needs while maintaining brand integrity
Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up on key market education activations
Assist in developing training toolkits, e-learning content, and digital learning assets tailored for each market
Partner closely with brand marketing, commercial, distributor and retailer teams to ensure training supports sell-out targets and launches
Act as a day-to-day contact for distributor trainers and BENELUX retail education teams, ensuring smooth execution of training plans
Track and analyze training results and market feedback, providing insights and recommendations to improve future programs
Monitor training KPIs and support quarterly business reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, retail operations, or brand education within the FMCG or beauty/luxury/lifestyle business, ideally fragrance-focused
Proven experience in retail or field training, preferably across multiple markets or channels
Fluent in Dutch and English
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and digitally
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior within the luxury beauty sector
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a multicultural environment
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and learning management platforms (LMS)
Nice to have:
