Job Description:

As a Fragrance Product Development Assistant, you will support the Product Development team throughout the lifecycle of fragrance projects, from initial concept to launch. This internship offers a hands-on experience in the creation of luxury fragrances within a dynamic and creative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the development of fragrance projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Participating in olfactory evaluations and supporting the follow-up of fragrance development
  • Assisting in packaging development with strong attention to detail
  • Conducting competitive analysis and market research on fragrances, trends, and innovations
  • Contributing to concept development through research, mood boards creation, and naming proposals
  • Preparing presentations, product decks, and supporting the preparation of meetings
  • Managing fragrance and packaging samples, including ordering, tracking, and coordinating deliveries and shipments
  • Updating and maintaining existing product collections, ensuring accuracy of information, formulations, and packaging details

Requirements:

  • Student in a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • A first experience in marketing
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)

Nice to have:

  • fragrance marketing development is a plus
  • beauty / project management experience is valued
