Job Responsibility

Decode complex client briefs and translate deep market trends into clear, winning olfactive strategies
Partner daily with world-class perfumers to guide, evaluate, and refine their creative submissions, providing expert sensory feedback
Serve as the ultimate sensory expert to select the final, commercially-successful fragrances that will win in the market
Collaborate with the sales team to present and articulate the creative vision behind fragrance selections to key clients
