Job Description:

Fragrance Claim Scientist at Coty ensures cross-functional coordination and project management to support marketing-led claim strategies. You will be at the heart of product storytelling, translating sensory experiences into compelling, validated messages.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate claim development processes across multiple fragrance and ancillary product projects
  • Prepare and manage testing plans with internal experts to support claim substantiation
  • Track project milestones, approvals, and ensure timely delivery of claim documentation
  • Review packaging and artwork to ensure alignment with validated claims
  • Conduct benchmarks and propose innovative, compliant claim opportunities

Requirements:

  • Have a scientific or technical background (e.g., chemistry, biology, cosmetic science)
  • Understand regulatory and testing processes in the beauty industry
  • Are comfortable with digital tools and project tracking systems
  • Can interpret and communicate technical data clearly
  • Are fluent in English
  • other languages are a plus
