We are seeking a proactive and professional Fragrance Advisor to join our retail team in Kanpur, UP. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for perfumery and a knack for customer engagement. Job Responsibility:

  • Engage customers and provide expert advice on a wide range of perfumes and fragrances
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in selecting the ideal scents
  • Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards for fragrance displays
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / +2 / Intermediate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or counter sales, preferably within the fragrance or beauty sector
  • Proven ability in retail sales and counter sales
  • Familiarity with perfume and fragrance sales is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a dedication to providing outstanding service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
