Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Fragrance Sales Associate to join our retail team in Indore, MP. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing an exceptional shopping experience to our clientele while maintaining the highest standards of store operations. This is a contract position designed for an individual who is passionate about luxury retail and demonstrates strong sales acumen.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide expert guidance to customers, assisting them in selecting fragrances that align with their personal preferences
  • Execute sales transactions accurately using the store's point-of-sale (POS) billing system
  • Manage store inventory levels, ensuring products are well-organized and displays are maintained to company standards
  • Oversee daily store management tasks to ensure a professional and welcoming shopping environment
  • Foster positive relationships with our diverse clientele to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge, including notes, scent families, and brand history.

Requirements

  • Education: H.Sc / +2 / Intermediate diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in retail sales
  • Skills: Demonstrated expertise in sales techniques, store management, billing processes, and inventory control
  • Attributes: A professional demeanor with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
