Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and proactive Fragrance Sales Advisor to join our team on a contract basis in Pune, Maharashtra. As a Sales Promoter within the Consumer Products industry, you will be instrumental in driving sales and promoting our exquisite fragrance collection to customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage customers proactively, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations on our fragrance offerings to drive sales
  • Manage the sales process from initial customer interaction through to billing and closing
  • Maintain store presentation and product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Develop and implement effective sales and promotion strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Ensure accurate and efficient sales and billing operations
  • Foster positive customer relationships through exceptional service

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/ +2/ Intermediate qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the consumer products or fragrance sector
  • Proven skills in store management, customer management, sales, and billing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to sales and customer engagement
