Job Description:

We are looking for a Fractional UX Research Leader to join our client's team on a part-time basis in San Francisco, California. You will help lay the foundation for a best-in-class user experience. This is a strategic, high-impact role - you won’t be conducting research just yet, but instead, you’ll be defining what research should look like across their product ecosystem. This is a fractional leadership role and ideal for someone who’s led UX Research at scale and is excited to shape the future of mobility.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with cross-functional leaders to understand product vision and user touchpoints
Audit current design and development efforts to identify research needs
Develop a strategic UX research plan (what to measure, how, and when)
Recommend frameworks, tools, and processes for future research
Advise on hiring and scaling the UX Research team

Requirements:

10+ years of UX Research experience, with leadership-level impact
Proven success in early-stage product definition
Experience in apps is a must (automotive, mobility, or connected devices a plus)
Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Ability to work autonomously and influence at the executive level
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
