We are seeking a dynamic Fractional Sales Leader to serve as an executive-level driver of strategy, performance, and revenue growth across multiple builder partners. This high-impact role mirrors the scope and influence of a New Home Star Sales Director, strategically deployed across accounts to elevate results at scale. The Fractional Sales Leader acts as a trusted advisor and performance catalyst, accelerating sales execution, optimizing operations, and unlocking measurable revenue gains for every partner served. This role requires executive presence, disciplined follow-through, and a relentless focus on outcomes. Success in this position directly strengthens client retention, drives builder performance, and fuels the continued expansion of our Builder Solutions platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Executive Builder Partner Leadership: Lead sales performance for assigned builder partners by executing strategies that drive measurable gains in conversion, follow-up, appointment setting, and point-of-sale execution
  • Travel & On-Site Engagement Execution: Elevate field performance through strategic visits, analysis, and hands-on coaching, with travel based on business needs and seasonality
  • Engagement Deliverables & Documentation: Deliver executive recap reports after each engagement, outlining clear recommendations, next steps, and supporting materials that drive measurable improvement
  • CRM & Administrative Discipline: Maintain accurate CRM documentation by logging engagement activity, tracking KPI outcomes, and organizing reports and strategic materials to support revenue visibility and accountability
  • Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion: Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities, supporting proposals and executive presentations, and participating in referral initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive builder solutions and share field insights that strengthen products and services

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, in the Eastern Time Zone
  • This is a remote position with travel required as needed
  • Travel is estimated to be 40–50% depending on assigned engagement scope and seasonal demand
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Must have experience in new home sales management and training
  • Collaboration and relationship-building with new home builder leadership and stakeholders is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with title companies, in property management, or with mortgages is a plus
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic, revenue-driving recommendations, while building trusted relationships with sales teams and builder leadership
  • Demonstrated success coaching and influencing stakeholders, and confidently representing and promoting services to clients
  • Confident, proactive leader with strong executive communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while operating independently
