Harmonic are delighted to be working with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business to find them a Fractional Financial Controller to support the business on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The company has built an impressive reputation within its market, delivering innovative technology solutions to a growing customer base across the UK. Following a sustained period of organic growth, the business is now entering an exciting new phase of scaling and is looking to strengthen its finance function with the addition of an experienced and commercially minded finance professional. Despite their continued growth, the business has maintained a collaborative, agile, and fast-paced culture, offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a scaling environment. They are now looking for an experienced finance professional who can bring structure, financial oversight, and strategic insight to the business while supporting the leadership team through the next stage of growth. This is a hands-on and commercially focused role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable operating across both day-to-day finance and strategic financial planning. As Fractional Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with senior leadership to improve reporting, strengthen controls, and provide meaningful commercial insight to support decision-making across the business.
