Job Responsibility

Partner with the Founders and senior leadership team to provide strategic and commerical financial insight
Drive process automation and improve efficiency across finance and operations. Reviewing processes, automating through plug-ins and Ai etc
Built, mentor, and develop a small but high-performing finance team which currently oversees accounts payable and accounts recievables processes
Analyse product profitability, pricing strategies, and cost management (unit economics)
Produce monthly management accounts and company board pack reports
Manage cash flow forecasting and the budgets & forecasts process (alongside experienced Fractional CFO)
Liase with external auditors/accountants on the production of Statutory Accounts / year end accounts
Ensure that systems are maintainted / any ad-hoc projects to improve reporting cycles etc
