We’re seeking an experienced Fractional CMO / B2B Marketing Manager to shape and execute marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role blends strategic development with hands-on management, ideal for a professional who can lead campaigns and teams alike.
Job Responsibility:
build and execute marketing strategies for B2B markets in the US and Europe
manage the marketing team (content writer, social media manager, outreach specialist, designer, website developer)
track and analyze marketing KPIs, reporting performance in measurable business outcomes
drive demand generation, organic growth, and brand visibility across digital channels
collaborate with leadership on campaign direction, performance insights, and optimization
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy and hands-on execution
proven leadership and team management experience
familiarity with US and European markets in terms of marketing in tech
strong analytical mindset
able to quantify and explain marketing performance
