Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Active CPA designation (Certified Public Accountant)
  • Proven CFO experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Financials) for financial management and reporting
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, and process-driven environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fractional or contract CFO capacity, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing or optimizing Oracle financial modules
  • Familiarity with evolving compliance, audit, and regulatory standards in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in additional financial systems or business intelligence tools.
