The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale. As the Activation GTM Leader for Security for France and Netherlands, you will oversee the team of five Activation GTM Managers who accelerate the Security business and drive market share growth and deliver results with our field sellers by deepening your partnership with key internal stakeholders across France and the Netherlands, including sales Excellence, sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner functions and with external leaders in the cybersecurity ecosystem including the CISO community and Security Partners. You will focus on enabling the cyber security foundation for the era of AI, through differentiated customer conversations aligned to simplified solution plays, drive leadership in data security, accelerate value realization with Enhanced Solutions and Cybersecurity Incident Response (CIR) and secure the security baseline and acquire new logos. You will drive alignment across processes and tools, leading with a cross-solution approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making. This role is critical to driving customer adoption at scale, driven by deep solution play domain, product truth, and partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence. We’re seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join our Security Go-to-Market (GTM) team, directly reporting to the EMEA Regional General Manager. This role demands a strategic thinker who can inspire teams, drive alignment across diverse functions, and champion success through innovation and decisive action. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the team of five Activation GTM Managers who accelerate the Security business and drive market share growth and deliver results with our field sellers
  • Drive alignment across processes and tools, leading with a cross-solution approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Guide the team in tracking success criteria and performance metrics, leveraging emergent technologies, simplifying complex concepts, and removing roadblocks to achieve impactful results
  • Partner with relevant senior leadership team(s) as required to ensure alignment with area/subsidiary goals and drive shared business priorities
  • Provide thought leadership on the competitive landscape, technology gaps, sales trends and your insights will drive improvements in our Worldwide and EMEA Go To Market plan
  • Partner with the EMEA Regional SE&O Security team, provide feedback and insights to the strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans, making sure GTMs in your team land and activate solution plays, investments and programs effectively
  • In collaboration with both sales and partners, you will serve as an orchestrator between the EMEA Regional Security Lead and team and the area/subsidiaries (France & Netherlands) to land sales programs with clarity
  • Partner with EMEA SE&O Security team, contributing to the definition and implementation of competitive strategy with insights and feedback, and white-space growth opportunities for sellers within Security solution plays and support the three-horizon business development planning

Requirements:

  • Several years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales or related work experience
  • Strong experience of the Cybersecurity landscape in France or Netherlands, deep understanding of Security, Gen AI marketplace, competition, security partner ecosystem, market opportunity and product experience relevant to the Microsoft Security solution plays
  • Significant years of people management experience ideally managing cross regional teams

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Several years’ experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio, driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization
