Job Description:

Production : ~ 75 Kbopd operated production from one FPSO (Kaminho) with 2 production subsea loops, 2 Water injection Lines and one Gas injection line ( 7 production wells, 4 WI wells, 2 GI wells).

Requirements:

  • Responsible for preparing production wells first start up in term of ramp up and targets for production, water and gas injection
  • Responsible for preparing the wells start up procedures
  • Responsible for developing and deploying all tools related to well monitoring and analysis including but not limited to DOF, Gap/Prosper
  • Responsible for Performing periodical prognosis and update of well potentials
  • Responsible to prepare the load shedding matrix taking into account all scenario for water management, flaring management, gas management, power management, GHG management
  • Responsible for Validating the definition of the Wells potential and production targets
  • Contributes to the definition of annual production budget and closure forecast exercise for wells and network operations
  • Participates to the development of Ramp-up strategy and develops/follows corresponding programs and operating instructions for wells
  • Assists Site to ensure that Well Integrity is maintained
  • Controls the quality of the well production data and provides relevant information to all concerned parties
  • Performs diagnosis studies, in depth analysis and proposed curative actions for underperforming wells
  • Provides inputs for the state of requirements of well interventions
  • Ensures that relevant Company Rules related to his activities are correctly implemented
  • Initiates and follows relevant derogation requests as necessary
  • Responsible for operational and technical support to Field Operation teams through Flow Assurance studies and expertise
  • Responsible for preparing required Flow Assurance documentation for Kaminho start up and operations
  • In collaboration with the Production Chemistry team, ensure all deposits related flow issues are adequately addressed
  • Responsible for Flow Assurance studies related to performance actions, modification requests, and derogations requests
  • Responsible for developing and deploying all tools necessary for flow assurance monitoring
