As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side We are looking for a Market Development Engineer FPGA who will join our EMEA Engineering team to help guide our customers R&D and help them realize their innovative ideas within FPGAs.

Job Responsibility

  • Growing our FPGA market share in cooperation with our FAE and sales team
  • Observing and analyzing market trends and adapting the manufacturer’s portfolio
  • Implement & execute EMEA supplier strategy and programs within the local region
  • Summarize and drive regular business updates with the supplier
  • Help development Engineers to select the right FPGA technologies and components for their next design
  • Be involved in many different development projects of our customers
  • As a technical expert you will be responsible for preparing & conducting trainings, events and technical meetings with customers and suppliers
  • Guide technical direction/priorities based on suppliers shaping strategy and market situation

Requirements

  • Experience with electronics and you love working with innovative technology that can change our way of living
  • Technical excellence with a proven excellent track record in business development
  • M.Sc/B.Sc Engineer or equivalent within electronics
  • Need to understand FPGA technology in dept but no need to be updated on tools
  • Preferably experience in FPGA electronic design
  • Outgoing personality
  • English language on a fluent level needed
  • Driving license and willingness to travel around Eastern Europe
  • We're looking for someone located in one of these countries: Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia or Slovakia
